Referral
Books Closed- Unfortunately due to high demand and in order to provide the best possible service to clients, Allsorts Therapy is currently not accepting new communication referrals has closed the waiting list. Priority will be made for swallowing referrals as time permits.
Referrals are accepted from individuals, parents, schools, GP's, Allied Health Professionals, LAC’s, Support Co-ordinators and Medical Specialists, with appropriate consent from the individual/guardian.

Fee Schedule
2024
Initial Assessment Session $193.99
45-60 minutes
Follow up Assessment, Review and Therapy Sessions $193.99
60 minutes with 45 minutes face to face with therapist, 15 minutes administration allowance.
Reports $193.99 per hour
Cancellations
Fees will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time or failure to attend a session without notification- 90% of the fee.
Fee increases occur each July.
Rebates
There are ways you may be able to claim some of the fee back.
NDIS- National Disability Insurance Scheme - I am able to provide services to Self-Managed and Plan Managed NDIS participants. Service agreements are made between Allsorts Therapy and the participant.
Medicare
If eligible, your GP will complete Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDP) which enables you up to 5 sessions per year of rebated sessions. The rebate is around $53.80.
Your must have a GP CDP before a rebate can be claimed from Medicare. Please bring your CDP along with you to your appointment. There will still be a gap between the actual session fee and this medicare rebate that you will pay.

Private Health Insurance
Speech Pathology Services are rebatable under certain ancillary tables of private health funds. If you do have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate, depending on your type of cover.
